Definitions:

“You/Your” means you, the user of this web site.

“We/Us/Our” means Your Internet Marketers (www.seoqit.com) who provide this site.

In order to achieve the best possible results from search engine optimization, we require that you agree to the following terms and conditions:

seoqit.com must have the ability to optimize the structure and content of your web pages. Such changes generally have a minimal visual impact. We will work directly with you in order to maintain the original look and feel of your website.

You must provide seoqit with log-on information (username and password) to allow us to gain FTP or other log-in access to your website. We will maintain confidentiality of log-in information. If you do not want to give us access we can create a list of the changes that need to be made. It is up to you and your web developer to implement these changes if you do not give us FTP access.

You must inform your webmaster or anyone else who has access to the Web site that we are performing SEO services on the site.

You must inform us of any changes made to your site website while Your Internet Marketers is optimizing it. seoqit is not responsible for changes made to the website by other parties that may adversely affect the search engine rankings of your website.

seoqit will not work with the following websites:

• Adult-related websites

• Gambling-related websites

• Pharmaceutical-related websites

• Foreign language websites (Presently we only offer website promotion to English Sites.)

• Websites with less than 5 pages of content (400 words minimum, does not include any forms pages, Contact” pages, or “About” pages)

You agree that we are not responsible for nor do we endorse any third party web sites or material which you access in the course of using the web site. This includes any reliance upon or offense taken /caused by content, advertising, products or services accessed. Interaction between you and any advertisers, service providers or merchants listed on the web site, including payment, delivery, product conditions, warranties, contracts and any other interaction are solely between you and the relevant party. You agree that you do not hold us responsible for any loss damage or dispute in the course of these processes.

Search engines constantly adjust their ranking algorithms, and as such, search ranking positions will fluctuate and cannot be permanently guaranteed by Your Internet Marketers. Any other changes to search engine sites that cause unfavorable ranking results are out of seoqit control and we cannot be held responsible for such actions or occurrences.

seoqit cannot guarantee top three search results, but will make every effort to optimize your website for targeted keywords. One-word search terms are discouraged as they yield traffic that is not interested in your website. We recommend going after specific phrases that are geared towards your websites content on that page.

You understand that our search engine optimization service does not include paid search engine and directory submission fees. Fees must be paid directly to these search directories for review and inclusion (such as Yahoo for example). These fees will be laid out in all contracts and quotations, so there will be no hidden fees.

Note: Your signature is not necessary on a printed copy of seoqit terms and conditions for the agreement to be legally binding upon yourself. Using our SEO services constitutes a virtual signature, having the same effect as if you had actually signed a printed copy of this agreement. We reserve the right, at any time, to modify, amend or update these terms and conditions.
